The three phases of a 3-phase current supply can be carried in 3 separate pipes contained within an outer pipe containing electrolyte set to neutral.
INDICATIONS
If a a possibly unsafe condition is sensed, due say to a small leakage leading to a change in potential between one phase and neutral, current flow can be cut-off automatically.
Development within the Electrolyte Control Device industry is possible here, with new approaches open to patenting or trade-secreting.
